After visiting Commune de Chambellan in 2022 and seeing that it has three sues (creeks) that are viable for various applications--DloCo was formed. |
Christopher is an Entrepreneur who operates an agricultural business in the Grand'Anse also a social change maker and is passionate about implementing DloCo's first water treatment plant in Chambellan.
